Pure herbal teas (check the ingredients) are just the plants in crushed form, like you would find in an herbal capsule.<br />Hope this helps!Katrinahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07678111707440064190noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6920389767460700806.post-22656220083541265002011-04-20T21:33:33.158-06:002011-04-20T21:33:33.158-06:00Hey Katrina,

I'm a very unknoweldgeable in this, but my husband and I were discussing the word of wisdom and tea - how do you know what teas are ok with that? and are healthful etc. If you have info to help me understand that would be great. I love your ideas and your research - thank you!Amyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11807950863632527650noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6920389767460700806.post-3690870380393235752011-01-21T12:38:28.291-07:002011-01-21T12:38:28.291-07:00If you check out the BirthSource link, it will tel...If you check out the BirthSource link, it will tell you quiet a bit of that. When I was taking it to aid my fertility, my herbalist friend advised me to drink a quart a day, with 1 Tb. of the loose leaf tea per 8 oz. Since I drink so much water a day anyway, I just substituted the tea for some of my water.Katrinahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07678111707440064190noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6920389767460700806.post-49394641943896316002011-01-21T09:54:06.476-07:002011-01-21T09:54:06.476-07:00How do you know how much you need to drink a day? ...How do you know how much you need to drink a day? The Braxton Hicks have been a lot less frequent compared to last pregnancy. And do have to agree to the satisfying/ soothing effect the tea has. You would especially want to make sure your bushes weren't treated with any kind of fertilizer or pesticide, and find out what parts of it can be harvested (there are little stick bits in my tea too).Katrinahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07678111707440064190noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6920389767460700806.post-73887083019365153492010-06-25T11:40:32.736-06:002010-06-25T11:40:32.736-06:00very interesting!
