Substitutions

The other day I was looking for ingredient substitution information and ran across this helpful section of JoyofBaking.com. It even includes some more obscure stuff, so I thought I'd pass it on in case it can be of help to you too.

awesome! I should print this and keep it in the kitchen! I also learned last week that you can substitute eggs with mayo. I was making cornbread and didn't have eggs so I used mayo and the bread turned out great! (mayo is mostly eggs and oil).
