Rice Pilaf with Veggies
Mix the below ingredients and enjoy! If you don't have all the vegetables listed, just improvise with what you have.
1 1/2 c. brown rice, cooked
1 large onion, chopped
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 c. sliced celery
2 cloves garlic, minced
chicken broth or bone broth to cook rice in
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 c. corn
2 carrots, sliced
1 tsp. dried basil
Additional spices, as desired.
